Getting in
How do I log in?
Go to course and type the email address you bought with. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Type it in, and you're in. You can also add a password in Your account if you prefer.
My code hasn't arrived.
Wait a minute, then check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Make sure you typed the same email address you bought with, and ask for a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.
Can I use the course on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Log in on each one with your email. Your progress is saved to your account, so it follows you. Lessons 1 to 3 work well on a phone. From Lesson 4 on, a computer is easier.
I bought with the wrong email address.
Email us with both addresses and we'll move everything over.
Claude
Which Claude plan do I need?
- Level 1 (Lessons 1 to 3): the Free plan is enough.
- Level 2 (Lessons 4 to 6): Pro ($20 a month) for connectors, Chrome control and scheduled tasks.
- Level 3 (Lessons 7 to 12): Pro, for Claude Code. Start on Free and upgrade only when a lesson needs it. Handbook chapter 1 explains every plan.
Claude's screen doesn't look like the lesson.
Claude changes often. Menus move and names change. We update the course every month, but you may see a change before we do. Look for a menu with a similar name, or ask Claude itself: "Where do I find [the thing] in Claude now?" If you're still stuck, email us and tell us which lesson.
I hit my usage limit.
Start a fresh chat for each new job (long chats use up your allowance faster), and keep standing information in a Project (Lesson 3). The limit resets after a few hours.

Where's my receipt?
Stripe emails it to you straight after you pay. Can't find it? Email us and we'll send it again.
Where are my add-ons?
In the left panel of the course, under Add-ons. You can read everything online or download it.
Where do I download the Handbook PDF?
Open Fast Forward Handbook in the left panel and click Download PDF.
Do I get updates?
Yes, free. Every month we check the course against the latest changes in Claude, update the lessons, and email you a short summary of what changed.
Can I share my login?
Your access is for you. If a friend or colleague would like it, they can get their own for $9 at sales page.
