This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or buy Claude: Fast Forward, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Vesper Learning. Website: vesperlearning.com. Contact: hello@vesperlearning.com. Email us about anything on this page.
What we collect, and why
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your name and email | To create your account, send your login codes, receipts and course emails, and answer your questions |
| Your purchases | To give you access to what you bought |
| Your course progress and saved prompts | So your progress follows you from device to device |
| Messages you send us | To help you |
| How you use our site and ads (with your consent where needed) | To see which ads work, through Facebook's tracking (see Cookies) |
Payment details: you pay through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the course, and only what each one needs:
| Company | What for |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments |
| Manus | Running the website and your account |
| Resend | Sending emails |
| Meta (Facebook) | Measuring our ads. When you buy, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email so it can match the sale to an ad. Meta can't read your email from it. |
Some of these companies are based in the United States. They protect your data with the safeguards the law requires for transfers outside Europe.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your account and course data. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires (usually up to 6 years).
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- send you a copy of your information
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it for ad measurement
Email support@vesperlearning.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from course emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each one.
If you're in the European Union and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or the authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll email you.
