Terms of sale

These terms explain what you get when you buy Claude: Fast Forward and what we each agree to. They're short and in plain English.

1. Who we are

Claude: Fast Forward is sold by Vesper Learning. Website: vesperlearning.com. Contact: hello@vesperlearning.com.

2. What you're buying

• Claude: Fast Forward ($9): an online course with 12 interactive lessons, the Handbook, Ready-to-use prompt library, the prompt builder, 30 recipes, the cheat sheet, the Claude Project kit and the ChatGPT switching guide.
• Add-ons you choose to buy: for example the Fast Forward Prompt Vault, the Fast Forward Toolkit, Fast Forward Toolkit Lite or Fast Forward Autopilot.

Each is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Your bank may add its own fee if your card is in another currency.

3. Your access

• You get access straight after payment, by logging in with your email at course.
• Your access is for you, personally. Please don't share your login or the course materials.
• Your access lasts as long as we run the course. If we ever close it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download what you need.

4. Paying for add-ons with one click

When you first pay, Stripe (our payment provider) securely saves your card so you can add extras later with one click. We never see or store your full card number. Every one-click purchase shows the price and asks you to confirm before you're charged. To remove your saved card, email us.

5. Updates

We check the course every month against the latest changes in Claude and update the content you bought, free of charge.

6. What you can do with the materials

• Yes: use everything you make with the course (your prompts, skills, websites, apps and documents) in your own work and your business, including work for clients.
• No: copy, resell, share or publish the course materials themselves (the lessons, Handbook, prompts, skills, recipes or guides), in whole or in part.

7. Claude and other services

The course teaches you to use Claude and other services, such as Stripe, Supabase or Vercel. They're run by other companies, under their own terms and prices. Some lessons and add-ons need a paid Claude plan, and we say so where that's the case. We're not responsible for changes those companies make, but we'll keep the course up to date.

8. No guaranteed results

We teach skills and give you tools. What you build, and any money you make, depends on you. We don't promise any particular income or result.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to make the course accurate and useful. If something goes wrong, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown when you paid.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.

12. All sales are final

Because you get instant access to digital content, all sales are final. If you have any questions or problems with your purchase, email us at support@vesperlearning.com and we'll help.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
